Who is for me and who is against meExamine yourselves to see if you are in the faith. (2 Cor 13:5) Why do you call me Lord, Lord and do not do what I say? (Luke 6:46) Anyone who does not take up his cross and follow me is not worthy of me. Anyone who finds his life will lose it and anyone who loses his life for my sake will find it. (Matt 10:38) Whoever has my commands and obeys them, he is the one who loves me. (John 14:21) Anyone who runs ahead and does not continue in the teaching of Christ does not have God. (2 John 1:9) Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness but rather expose them. (Eph 5:11) Everyone who confesses the name of the Lord must turn from wickedness. (2 Tim 2:19) They claim to know God but by their actions, they deny him. (Titus 1:16) He became the source of eternal salvation for all who obey him. (Heb 5:9) The Lord will judge his people. It is a dreadful thing to fall into the hands of God. (Heb 10:30) (Rom 9:25-26) If anyone considers himself religious and yet does not keep a tight rein on his tongue, he deceives himself and his religion is worthless. Religion that God our father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world. (James 1:26-27) As the body without the spirit is dead so faith without works is dead. (James 2:26) Real faith will show itself by what it does. If your faith doesn't show what you believe, than it is no faith at all. If we claim to have fellowship with him and yet walk in darkness, we lie and do not live by the truth. (1 John 1:6) Whoever claims to live in him must walk as Jesus did. (1 John 1:6) No one who lives in him keeps on sinning. No one who continues to sin has either seen him or known him. (1 John 3:6) Anyone who does not do what is right is not a child of God; neither is anyone who does not love his brother. (1 John 3:10) Anyone who does not love remains in death. (1 John 3:14) Those who obey his commands live in him, and he in them. (1 John 3:23) This is love for God: to obey his commands. (1 John 5:3) He who falls upon this rock will be broken to pieces, but he on whom it falls will be crushed. (Mt. 21:44) |
